Turn One Condominiums are located at 4741 Morehead Road in Concord, North Carolina. The building sits next to Gate #8, allowing easy access to all the attractions. Parking is very limited and reserved for owners and long term renters, however there is ample parking available directly across the street from the condominiums. Parking fee may apply during major events.
Tad and Kellie Segars live in Hilton Head, SC. Tad has been in Real Estate for over 25 years and Kellie has been in Property Management for 20 years. They have one daughter who enjoys soccer, basketball and enjoys NASCAR as much as her Mom and Dad! Tad is a race car driver himself. He races stock cars with the Sports Car Club of America. He enjoys traveling and racing at different tracks like Daytona, Road Atlanta and of course Charlotte Motor Speedway. Carlisle McNair retired after 28 years in law enforcement and 10 years as co-owner of McNair-Graham, Inc. Private Investigations, specializing in defense death penalty cases on the State and Federal levels. After retirement Carlisle moved back to his hometown, Aiken, SC where he lives on 125 acres of prime deer and turkey hunting land. An avid hunter and motorcycle rider, Carlisle spends his time at the speedway and outdoors maintaining his property and riding and caring for his Marsh Tacky horses, the South Carolina State Heritage Horse. Carlisle has been involved in racing since the mid 80's when he and Tad raced at Oglethrope Speedway in Savannah, GA. Carlisle is affiliated with Weatherman Motor Sports Race Team, Wentzville, MO. Kyle and Clayton Weatherman, drivers.

Gray graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Criminal Justice. After attempts to land a job with the FBI, Gray backpacked around the world only to land back home in South Carolina, where she began her Real Estate career.
Gray had the opportunity to work part time in the Outdoor Industry as a Pro-Staffer during her 22 years of Real Estate. She began working Consumer Shows for Swarovski Optik in 2004 and was selected for Swarovski Optiks Field Tech Team in 2006. In 2011, Gray was hired by Swarovski Optik as the Southeast Territory Representative and has begun her "Mid-Life" Dream Job. She is an avid Huntress and enjoys everything from turkey, deer, dove and duck hunting to the excitement of big game in Africa.
Gray is also a big NASCAR fan and loves watching the weekend races, especially from the comfort of unit #204 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
